My favourites were like Nadia but I alos liked my country because the song was really great(not because it's my country)but I really liked!!!Also we got poins from every single country!!!:DAbout the winers very orginal but in the same time boring!!!

Hey Guys, check out the Talmechovy sisters (i think that is how you spell it) from 2006. They are Russian and won. They were AMAZING. I heard them 2 days ago and could not believe how good they were...and i am a tough critic.

Oh My God! That song was HORRIBLE!!!! I could not even watch the entire thing. I know they are kids- but that took no talent whatsoever. If you watch, you can see that the kids don't even know where they are supposed to be on stage. I think junior eurovision is just tired of countries like Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus winning all the time- so what better country to pick in 2008 than GEORGIA. All politics, no show.

Very true. Like i said, i looked at it for the first time 2 days ago. Some kids do have some nice songs though.

Some kids do have nice songs but they aren't the best because they write the songs themselves.

Heleen I'm really glad that you liked Macedonia because all song were like Ybet said for babies and our song was really for young juniours!!!So alsi I agree with Tatyana that was only politic like on ESC 2007 because Dima was the real winner and won that song from Serbia because of Kosovo!!That is so unfer!!!

Yes, exactly, Borce. For instance, Dima will be participating in Eurovision from Belarus again in the future (not Russia) b/c a country (or the countries directly next to it) cannot win twice. They have to, as the americans say, "spread the wealth"- not take it all for themselves.

But I don't think that Belarus can really win..only in junior esc cause there aren't so much politics votes like the real esc

Borce why do you say that Serbia won because of Kosovo? I thought the Kosovo problem was recent.
And the contestants have to write their songs themselves, they can't have an adult write their song and they just sing it. So all the songs are for babies because the kids write them.

On the contrary, Nadia, the kids singing in Junior Esc do not need write the songs themselves. They simply have to sing an "original" song, one that has not yet appeared on television or the radio. For instance, the tolmachevy sisters from 2006 had their mother write their song- she was a music teacher. This contest is, after all, supposed to be for young singers, not young songwriters.

Ybet, why don't you think that Belarus can win? Belarus is one of the most prosperous countries in eastern europe-more so than Ukraine or Georgia by a ton. They have the money to finance a eurovision- and not just a junior one- in the future. It is my prediction that they will, and that Koldun will be the representative.
