But have you noticed how "stupid" songs always get so much points! For example, Ukraine. They had great songs last few years, specially Tina Karol and Ruslana. This year - OMG! Is that music at all? That was some stand up comedy show! The same is with Denmark or Montenegro. And so many other countries! For me, Croatian songs are disaster past few years, too, specially this year!

I agree with you louie!! I hate that fact ... always stupid songs get many points and those which are good, many of them aren't noticed at all !!!!!!

I agree with you guys. Ukraine wasn't even a song, and i'm not sure what is so funny about it, it sucks, to be honest....And Koldun didn't get so many points and he was the best!!!!! He deserved much more points, I think the reason was that every country won't vote for Belarus at all cause they have a dictator instead of a president or a king etc I hate that fact that the countries won't vote for them of that reason, cause you should vote after the song/how they sing not after the country's constitution , i get so angry furious

Past few years, there was made a voting blocs. Norway always gives 12 pts to Sweden, Ukraine to Russia (post Soviet-Union block), Croatia to Serbia (post Yugoslavia block), Malta to the U.K., Cyprus to Greece etc, etc. Where are those times where we were voting for songs, not for countries? I've been watching shoots from Eurovision 1990 in Zagreb. There wasn't video calls or those things, they used phones to get points from each countries. And people were voting for SONGS. That was normal for a long time. And there 2003 or 2004 started this crap. Firstly, the U.K, France, Germany and Spain got benefits, then this type of voting. They have to change some things, and do it quickly. I've read some articles where writers asks themselves where is that classy event that was famous all over the world. Last few years, they says, it's just a circus. Nothing else

That tends to happen a lot I always notice the voting and I get so mad this year I almost cried with the results!!! When I saw Ukraine I told my siter that I was sure that if there kids there they would have been crying! It was so weird. It would be hard to get the voting back in place though because it has become an expectation for neighboring countries to vote for each other. I was so mad when more tha half the voting went by and koldun was left in the bottom half :( Is good that he made it to 6 but he desreved the win!!! I liked him more than all the countries in the top 5 that's for sure!

i can't believe that bulgaria came 5th because they were probably making it up as they went along. and you see all 10 countries that went through form the semi to the final were all in eastern europe. even with belarus it was political. they got their 12 points from russia and ukraine. every year when i watch the esc i can always guess which countries will give their 12 points to. they need to change it so that the eastern european countries don't give eachother all the points. some countries this year had very good songs and should have gone through, like switzerland, denmark, netherlands, malta. they are all very esc songs.
