it is a good website vicky, but they do not do grammar sometimes so you have to be careful.

it says heart is (serdtse)? it is hard to pronounce!

I know but if you've got a website in russian and you want to know what it says you can get a general idea and more or less understand some things. Yes the pronunciation is a little bit tough.

Yeah, Nadia. It's always hard to pronounce "slavic" words to you Englissmen and Englishwomen. Although, we can easily pronounce and learn germanic languages like English or German. It's because you don't have some sounds and symbols in your language and alphabet so it's normal.

yeah, I have problems with the russian pronounce only in long worlds!!! in the russian language the most difficult thing is the alphabet, I think xD

They use cirrilyc letters that aren't so common in the world. It's used in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia and maybe some more countries.

the cyrillic was very easy for me to learn. i learnt it in about 1 week. it is similar to the greek alphabet i think!

I don't know, I have never tried to learn it. I can read only some words in serbian cyrillic, but I can't write it.

Yes, it is similar to the greek alphabet, I learnd it in two days!! It's quite easy for me... two greek "guys" at 500-1500 something (I almost failed in History...biggrin)  made it for the russians...
