Morocco came 18th (out of 19) & Hassan II of Morocco said Morocco would never take part again because they did so badly the first (and only) time they took part.

I don't think it's very likely Morocco will make comeback...

no that was "britain's got talent" and there's also an american version of it called "america's got talent." i think that's the girl you are talking about
