Ruslan doesn't have a family or child, at least not right now  He isn't even married to Ira yet!

Yana made Bilan a star cause her husband is rich and he's giving money for Bilan's tours and all.

Hmm, maybe he was just greeting with that man, huged him or something, and camera exedentaly photographed him in a moment when it looked like he was kissing him.

but, whatever... but if he relly did, then why the **** in Belgrade!!! Go kiss somewhere else, not in my city!! LOL

LOL! SO funny! :P But no, they weren't kissing, they were just taking to eachother because it was loud. It's just the angle that makes it look like they're kissing.

And yes, I'm absolutely positive! He does NOT have a wife and kid at the moment! He's not married to Ira yet, and he's said many times in interviews that he hopes to have children someday (WITH IRA!!) bur he's too busy for that at the moment. The woman and child could've just been relatives or something...
