Yeah and I don't think it's true or it would've been a bigger story, he wasn't in new york in new years I don't think. He did dve zvezdy at the time.

Because he was so aggressive towards the girl, Dima probably pushed him away from her and the waiter took it as a violent gesture and fought back... DK doesn't seem like the type of guy who'd back off from a fight (depedning on the situation) and maybe they just ended up getting into one. Or maybe the journalist people were just over exaggerating the story! Either way, the waiter got what he deserved furious
