To cut peaces of video i use "Video avatar" And to write on it my name i use PhotoShop)

photoshop IS rather confusing at first but its pretty easy to use once you get used to it :)

Yeah I have a lot of moving avatars of Dima, I use windows movie maker and then some website to convert it to .gif
