 I did find one web-sait where u can make theme or wallpaper for nearly every model of the phone, so if some body interested in this i can make u a theme.
Have a look, I made it for my phone.

I was at one site
www.zedge.net and i always make Dima themes for mobile phones...
You have to log in and choose your phone model(phone for which you want
your theme)

Well very nice themes I have seen here. The quality of theme is looks  good. I also want to make theme for my Nokia  phone, but I didnt found nokia theme creator for that.  I have downloaded many wallpapers and themes and they all are very  beautiful and looks good to my Nokia phone.
