Well the rule about adults helping the children write was only introduced for this year but in the previous years the children had to write it themselves. I guess if parents help it's okay as long as they don't publicise this information.
I think Belarus could win if it has a good song.
Serbia won because it had a very good song. It was predicited in the polls before the contest that it would win.
