So the basics are: Write music AND lyrics (they can be written by different people) and send them a recording and such. Dima and his creative team will choose one (or more?) to become one of Dima's songs.
No specification about the lyrics, so I assume, and Antis does too, that they can be in either Russian or English.
Still not sure about the deadline.

So I'm entering. And I'll be updating people on how my creative process is coming.
It seemed really hard to write something that sounded like Dima, but I suddenly remembered today that I had a song idea that I hadn't really used yet that sort of reminded me of him. The tune and chords aren't solidified yet, but I have a great start. I'm going to try to make the lyrics NOT about love, or if they are about love, impersonal (like Somebody Loving You). Any suggestions for a subject?

I have a melody, and I have an idea. Working on lyrics right now. But the competition... how do these people find time to record professionally so quickly? Must... make... studio... appointment...

I've completely rewritten my lyrics, but after weeks of pondering, they're DONE! And my recording's done! Dima said that it doesn't have to be professional, so I'm set with that. All I'm waiting for is my Russian teacher to translate the lyrics for the upload. And a title. Then I'll be ready to enter!!!
